Non-swimmer (Octopus) - An exciting series of 3 progressive awards specifically designed for children aged between 5 to 8 years old. This is the first step in to the water world for most of our new swimmers. Our aim is to build self-confidence and make every little person "water proof".

Beginner (Goldfish) - This programme is designed to be the next stage for swimmers who have progressed through either the STAnley First Steps Series or Octopus Series. Further buliding confidence in the water and increase swimming distance up to 15m. We introduce very basic technique of 3 strokes and mainly focus on body position in the water.

Intermediate (Angelfish) - Prepares swimmers to swim 25m without aid, perform butterfly stroke as well as mastering sculling techniques and entries to the water. This is the stage where our swimmers are taking swimming bit more seriously.

Advance (Shark) - This series educates swimmers in basic water rescue and survival techniques as well as starts and turns for each of the strokes. Here our swimmers are really tested on technique and stamina. Our sessions usually are 60 minutes long and cover a lot more swimming then in previous stages. Swimmers work on rescue skills as well as master theis competitive swimming.
